Prime Group Assured is our Five Pillar Quality Management System developed to ensure quality assurance for our clients.

1. Instant Client Feedback:

We value an open and honest relationship with our clients. A key element in creating this relationship is to provide a forum for daily communication. We achieve this through our communication Book. This tool allows our clients to leave feedback for our cleaners and for our cleaners to respond in real time.

2. Quality Assurance Site Inspection:

Inspection Reports are performed by our supervisors on a regular basis. This formal quality KPI review allows our area manager to engage with our clients on the overall service delivery and provide a forum to consult on specialist cleaning required at the premises.

3. Cleaner Team Audits:

On a regular basis our area mangers will audit the operations of the cleaning team to ensure that they are meeting the standards trained at Prime Group University. This audit also allows them to provide feedback from the most recent quality inspection and address any items they may be applicable to the team.

4. Employee Evaluation Sheet:

On a periodic basis we leave performance evaluation sheets on each employee's desk to receive independent input from all members of a client's organisation. This tool allows us to gauge individual satisfaction with our service in addition to the overall client satisfaction.

5. Annual Surveys:

Continuous improvement is a core focus of Prime Group and we understand that our clients are a good source to assist us in improving our service. To capatilise on the value they can add we commission an annual quality survey to all clients to gauge our performance.
