Steve Buchler – Managing Director
Steve has had 15 years experience in sales, marketing and management within corporate Australia, having held senior positions in two of Australia’s largest corporations including Skilled Group, Australia’s largest labour hire provider. This experience supported by a Monash University Bachelor of Business, specialising in International Trade has seen Steve add value to the business and our clients through the market leading innovation of Prime Group since his appointment as Managing Director.

Wojciech Wrzesinski – Operations Director
Wojciech is one of the founders of Prime Group and has over 20 years experience in the cleaning industry. His extensive knowledge in all aspects of cleaning allows Wojciech to efficiently analyse a clients requirements and tailor make a program and cleaning team to deliver against it. This technical ability mixed with his ability to form deep relationships with clients is what has allowed Wojciech to forge so many successful partnerships since Prime Groups formation.

Katherine Wrzesinski – Sales Director
After successfully completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University Katherine found her calling at her parents side taking the role of Sales Director in Prime Group. Her ability to communicate the value that Prime Group delivers along with her passion for generating new business relationships has seen the business partner with an ever growing number of corporate partners.

Janis Arletos – Operations Manager – Western Region
Janis has over eight years experience in the cleaning industry and has managed large cleaning operations in both government and private sectors including aged care. His passion is delivering a service to client which is second to none in the industry. His personable approach with clients and cleaners ensures that a quality service is delivered at all times.

Kim McNally – Operations Manager – Eastern Region
Kim McNally has over 10 years experience in the cleaning industry. Over her tenure in the industry Kim has managed large shopping centres as well as large scale commercial clients. Her problem solving ability, hands on experience and influencing skills allows her to deliver outstanding service to our clients through best practise management of cleaning teams.

Amanda Roberts – HR Manager
Amanda’s has an extensive human resources background spanning over 8 years. She has held recruitment and human resources management positions in a number of large Australian recruitment and commercial companies. Her passion for people and improving the workplace for Prime Group staff makes her the perfect fit for this important role in our management team.
